You choose the class you would like and we offer you a 45minute or 1 hour session in the comfort of your office/work place or alternatively you can come to our private fitness studio in Dunstable. Minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 15.

School's

At Balance FITT, one of our values is that we are accessible to everyone in the community which includes working within Colleges & Schools. We offer classes as an extra school curricular activity either before or after school. We ensure that our classes are suitably designed for children and adolescents. Pilates or Yoga is a low-impact and safer, more healthier way for children/adolescents to learn the basics of posture, the way they walk and even bend over which they will be able to carry through to adulthood. Looking past physical attributes, Pilates will help children/adolescents have a stronger core and help to channel their focus and concentration which in turn will have a positive impact on learning. It conserves their energy therefore allowing them to be more attentive to school work.

Sport's professionals

Pillates is becoming a hit amongst professional sports players and celebrity males including the likes of Ryan Giggs and Gareth Bale, both who have reached remarkable achievements in football. Not only has Pilates been used as part of a rehabilitation program following an injury, it has also been incorporated into fitness in general amongst rugby teams and football teams as well as many other sports. Exercises implemented through Pilates does not put unnecessary pressure on ailing muscles and the various stretching and toning exercises will help muscles heal quicker. Pilates focuses on developing flexibility and core control as well as strengthening muscle of the back. The breathing and relaxation techniques in Pilates can help players overcome and deal with the most adrenaline-pumped situations.

Balance FITT has worked with professional clubs such as Hemel Hempstead FC and QPR development squad and most recently worked with members of the GB under eighteens athletics team as well as working with athletes such as Enoch Showunmi,
